The Process
  • Visit my Shop in The Walk Arcade at Redcliffe through the week, or you can always find me at the Markets on weekends.
 
  • I will do an initial inspection to determine what needs to be done to REPAIR your key or remote.
 
  • I will offer the best solution and give you a quote to repair it for you. (most repairs that require a new case, also include the new key cut.)
 
  • If you are happy to proceed, and I can do it on the spot, I will give you an estimate on how long it will take to repair. (Wait times are typically 30 mins or so.)
 
  • Once repaired, I will test your remote to make sure it is transmitting on all buttons.
 
  • I will usually test your battery, and if needed, a new battery is installed and the key/remote will be returned to you.
 
  • Finally, when you return to your vehicle, you can  test the key/remote to make sure it is working correctly, opens the doors, starts the engine /etc. Any issues, let me know!
