This is the most common issue I see: Damaged or cracked key Cases. (Very often held together with sticky tape or with buttons missing!)
I’ll transfer the working circuit board into a brand-new case, cut a new key blade (included), and reassemble it properly so not only does your car key work, but it looks like new!
All new key case rebuilds: $99
No programming needed if your original key used to work. All my key repairs include a free New Battery.
This is one of the easiest ways to give your remote a second life
Don’t replace your remote when you can repair the circuit board inside.
Many faults start with loose solder points, broken microswitches, or water damage. I open the case, inspect under magnification, and repair the fault if it’s fixable.

This is ideal for keys that seem completely inoperable but may still be recoverable! I’ve saved plenty of remotes that others gave up on.

If your car remote needs a new battery, I’ll install one for you! – I always like to test the old battery first to confirm that is the issue. I use test equipment that confirms the remote is transmitting a signal, not just that the battery is in.
New batteries fitted and tested: $19.00
It’s a small job, but it makes a big difference when done correctly.

Sometimes, (on certain types of keys) it’s possible to repair the key with new rubber buttons! If everything inside is working fine, I can replace just the button pad, no full rebuild required. Button-only repairs: $49
